A software company.

Founded 2008

Cofounders: David Kasper and Nathan McCauley

Nathan and David spent the summer of 2006 working together in the "Dungeon" at Taylor University, although doing separate projects. During this time they dreamed of one day starting a company, but didn't for two main reasons: not knowing exactly how (something they're still figuring out), and not having "the idea".

In May of 2008 Nathan graduated and moved to San Francisco to begin work for a software security firm. Over the summer David began work on a project called Fanfair Music, and soon Nathan was brought on board as well. By the end of the summer that project had fizzled out, but so many more ideas had surfaced that the two soon to be cofounders decided that it was time to start a company.

In late August 2008, David and Nathan officially created Calixi, LLC with the goal of creating applications for either the web or iPhone. David wrote two iPhone apps: ProScore a score keeping app, and Sector Six a space conquest strategy game. Our next website Ask The Town will be launching soon. Stay tuned.
